Gemma Dimond (née Watts) has been a part of Australia’s media landscape since early 2012, working as a journalist, photographer and MC across the fashion and beauty spheres both locally and internationally.

Gemma's expertise in public speaking has seen her host events for; MYER, Lancome, Kiehls, Sunday Riley, Bondi Sands, Paula's Choice, Armani Beauty and many more.

Gemma's podcast and beauty blog, Glow Journal takes a more editorial approach to beauty and includes reviews, op-eds and photographic editorials, allowing Gemma to work creatively alongside local photographers, models and makeup artists.

Gemma has worked with short and long term ambassadorships including MYER, Estée Lauder, L’Oreal Paris, Simone Perele, Paula’s Choice Skincare, La Roche Posay, Tom Ford and Bobbi Brown, as well as regularly contributing beauty articles to several print and digital publications.
